RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email publicvoicemediasrl@gmail.com within the 14-day period and include your order number.

Return procedure
After your request is accepted, we will provide the correct return address and instructions for the fulfillment center. Do not send products to our registered office or to any address not confirmed by us. Returns sent without first contacting us may be delayed or refused where permitted by law.

Return condition
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics, and functioning. Where possible, include the original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs
For an ordinary withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods to the fulfillment center. If the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or different from what was ordered, contact us before returning it. In those cases, we will provide appropriate instructions and bear the return cost as required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
Please contact publicvoicemediasrl@gmail.com as soon as possible and provide the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where relevant. We will assess the case and offer the remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Refunds
After receiving your withdrawal notice, we will refund eligible payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order, within the period required by applicable law. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after being unsealed. Statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
